Hi @BChampshire,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
The camera on the HP 24-cb1040na All-in-One PC is typically located at the top center of the monitor. All-in-One PCs generally have their webcams integrated into the top bezel of the display for optimal positioning during video calls and other uses.
How to Identify the Camera:
Look at the Top Center Bezel:
- You should see a small lens or an indentation that indicates the presence of the camera. It might also have a small hole for the microphone nearby.
Sliding Camera Cover:
- Some All-in-One PCs feature a sliding cover that can block the camera for privacy. Check if there’s a slider mechanism around the camera area.
Indicator Light:
- When the camera is in use, there might be a small LED light next to it that turns on to indicate the camera is active.
If you’re having trouble locating or using the camera, make sure the camera drivers are installed and functioning correctly. You can check the Device Manager under "Imaging devices" to ensure the camera is recognized by the system.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
