If the question is: what are some of the best graphics cards you could actually install in your HP EliteDesk 800 G3 SFF, the answer: a low-profile RTX 3050 or a low-profile RTX 4060 -but you will have to upgrade your power supply too with a 400-watt unit with part number: 942332-001.
Make sure it comes with a low-profile PCIe bracket, or else you won't be able to install the card in your SFF case.
Please note that the low-profile RTX cards will require you to apply a relatively minor 'mod': cutting away some metal as you can see at time stamp 2:17 in this YouTube instructional video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Au-OSYUa4cg&t=209s&ab_channel=ETAPRIME.
