which m.2 ssd m.2 2280 hard drive is compatible my pc hp-290a004bla?

my pc is HP Slimline Desktop - 290-a004bla: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/details/hp-slim-desktop-pc-290-a0000a/model/27998154

in the specifications of the hp page it appears that this is the motherboard: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05939228

I need to know if I should buy a "SSD 2280 m.2 SATA" or a "SSD 2280 m.2 Nvme"  ?????????????

Why in this video in the comments does HP say that I can use a m.2 2280 Nvme SSD : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mZXKfYVjRtM

Thank you so much.

Excuse me, regardless of the fact that in the video they use an SSD m.2 2280 type SATA?

If I buy an m.2 2280 sata ssd, will this also be compatible and work?

This is the m.2 2280 NVME ssd that I want to buy on amazon https://www.amazon.com/-/es/dp/B0C8WP6B8R/ref=twister_B0CB1VZX2Y?_encoding=UTF8&th=1

but there is also this ssd m.2 2280 SATA on amazon
https://www.amazon.com/-/en/gp/product/B09ZYQG5C1/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A2XZ7JICGUQ1CX&psc=1

I don't want to lose my money because on the HP page in the specifications it says "One M.2 socket 3, 2280 type for SSD"

so if so. I WILL DECIDE on the ssd NVME ssd 2280 m.2

Thank you very much for your answer.
