Your PC shipped with a i7-8700. PC specs detailed at this Site.

 

You can do a 8700K and should be able to do a 9900K upgrade. Your MB's Z370 chipset supports a 9900K processor.

 

Sorry about that; I missed the cooler part.

 

I don't have any hands on experience with your PC's case.

 

So I can't provide any specific CPU cooler upgrade options.

 

Generally you have to get a cooler that fits in the case and works with the MB mounting points (you have square Intel mounting points). Many retail CPU coolers require a separate backplate to secure the heatsink or AIO liquid cooler cold plate/pump to the MB.

 

Then you have to verify the maximum AIO liquid cooler radiator dimensions your case can support.
