The XFX RX 6600 model is also a smaller-sized (dual fan) card and would fit just fine in your PC.

Welcome to our HP Community forum!
Your HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-2000a (328J0AA) as fitted with an Erica6 motherboard (SSID: 8906), should have a 400-watt power supply with p/n: L69242-800 -please verify.
With a 400-watt power supply, you can power an RX 6600, as long as it is a smaller-sized (dual fan) card, such as this model: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/asus-dual-rx-6600.b9274.
