Product: elite 8300
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Stock Intel rig 8300 I5-3740 ran 3.6Mhz in turbo boost until win 2004 update
now locked at 3.4Mhz.
Disabled all hyper-v in bios and services, installed latest intel turbo boost 2.6 app

@rikiretardo1 , welcome to the forum.
Personally, I believe that you should revert to Win 10 version 1909 to see if that solves your problem. I installed version 2004 and 20H2 and both were too buggy for me. I went back to 1909.
