Have this loose wire and im trying to figure out what it is? see pic

Also any ideas why my front lights are not working. pretty much tried every thing including replacing the RGB board.

That is a second (auxiliary) antenna wire that is used for wireless cards that have two antenna connectors.

 

As you can see from your screenshot, your PC's Wi-Fi card only has one terminal to connect an antenna wire to.

 

So, if you ever want to upgrade the Wi-Fi card to a better model, you would need that second antenna wire.
