I purchased a wireless mouse from amazon hp store this year. It should be under warranty. It has started losing connection all the time. I replace the battery with no luck. When I get on HP site it doesn't recognize the serial number so unable to go any further. How do I get help on this? Also have already downloaded the diagnostic package only to be told it won't install on my laptop.
