Does either of your batteries fit into the other laptop?
Do they accept a charge when inserted into the other laptop?
> 3. I tried replacing battery, also but getting same problem.
So, the problem is "elsewhere" -- somehow, your laptop's motherboard is not charging the battery.
If the computer's warranty is still valid, HP will fix the problem -- probably by changing the motherboard, or maybe by replacing the computer.
If the warranty has expired, then HP has the best technicians to fix the problem, for a fee.
Either way, take a good backup of your personal files, before sending the computer to the HP Service Center.
