Attempted to boot up my computer and was met with a BSOD saying "The application or operating system couldn't be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors." I've looked up the error code in an attempt find ways to solve the problem but I had no luck. I can't even open command prompts or enable safe mode and it's just starting to get very frustrating. It says there's a problem with my \windows\system32\winload.efi file. When I try to use startup settings, I'm met with a completely different error code (0xc000007b).

While I did not research that problem, it might be OK to do a "Repair install" using the Windows install disk.

I do not see what Windows version you have but you can make either Windows 10 or Windows 11 install media from here.

Just pick the one you need.  Once the new media is created, boot to the media and do a "repair install" to correct any problem.  Post back if more help is needed or if you wish to report progress.
