Hi. I am having the error message HP Audio with the following 0xe0434352 at location 0x00000000772A8462
It was suggested to me to use command prompt and type in SFC/scannow...DISM/online/cleanup-image/check health and the same with scan health and restore health but none of it would do anything at all. It was suggested to me to do this to change kernalbase.dll but I couldn't get that far.
The desktop will not restore as it could not make any changes.
I have also had this msg when trying to do these things. C:\WINDOWS\system32\cryptsp.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again.
I don't understand much about computers I will admit. It was suggested to start in safe mode but I have no idea what to do once I have?
I have tried a reset but this didn't change anything either.
I am wondering if re set to factory settings would help? is that the advanced settings?
Other than that should I buy a new tower? if so it will be a long time before I can afford to do that.
Any help appreciated.
