Hello. It wasn't this bad before, I simply had to restart a few times, but as time has passed on it has gotten worse. My issue has gotten worse. I've restarted many times, it doesn't work. It appeared yesterday, I'm not sure what happened. But when I checked my settings, device manager, etc., the touchpad sections had re-appeared. Whenever my cursor disappears, so does the 'mice and other pointing devices,' 'touchpad,' sections of my settings, etc. The mouse properties section stays, but the others I have listed do not appear, I cannot access them. This image is my device manager, human interface devices settings. T

Please @ub6424
do not tell a user to perform a bios update, like this
In many cases, this will not solve a particular problem!
And it is very risky, many users report here, problems following a bios update, and the computer becomes unusable

Updating the BIOS is recommended as standard maintenance of the computer. It can also help resolve the following issues:
An available BIOS update resolves a specific issue or improves computer performance.
The current BIOS does not support a hardware component or a Windows upgrade.
HP Support recommends installing a specific BIOS update.

(1) In the Device Manager right-click the device > Properties > Details, then choose "Hardware Ids" from the drop-down menu under "Property".
What is listed under "Value"? ( Screenshot please or copy/paste text here)
(2) In the Device Manager right-click the device > Properties > Details, then choose "Compatible Ids" from the drop-down menu under "Property".
