At the beginning of the issue I used Windows 10, I upgraded to Windows 11 thinking it would fix the issue but it did not help.
So, I tried downgrading and that didn't help.
Now I've upgraded to Windows 11 again, I didn't make any changes to my laptop after posting my comment thing at the start of this, I guess, thread

Hello @qqrypt
(1) Check for windows updates
- Click on Start ⊞ and select Settings⚙.
- Select Windows Update from the menu on the left.
- Click on Check for updates. If Windows Update says your PC is up to date, then all current updates are installed on your PC.
(2) Check windows device manager and send a screenshot(s) of devices that are 'unknown' with Exclamation mark with hardware IDs (again)

you didn't answer all my questions
In device manager?
you were given drivers for older windows 10, did you try these drivers for windows 11?
