Hello,
When I turn on my pc, after a few moments (all the fans are working)
then shut down with 2 red lights blinks, two white lights blinks, two long beeps, and two short beeps.
I allready tried to restart the memories (removed them from the ram sockets and placed them back)
Also tried to change power supply (same one) + the computer cleaned from dust!.
What steps should I follow to fix the problem?

Hi:
See the service manual, chapter 7, page 104 for how to interpret the codes.
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04832034
I interpret what you posted...2 red, 2 white as: The main area (DXE) of BIOS has become corrupted and there is no recovery binary image available.
Sounds to me like you will have to try and recover the BIOS.

Hi
Just to add to Paul's excellent answer...
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/bph07107
The 2 long 2 short message may well be this...
You get a LONG (MAJOR) signal category, RED LED &
then a SHORT (MINOR) signal category, WHITE LED.
Major – the category of the error; Minor – specific error in that category.
The AUDIBLE repeats 5 times, and the VISUAL until power is removed.
Category MAJOR/MINOR Issue description Troubleshooting Steps
BIOS 2.2 The main area (DXE) of BIOS has become corrupted and there is no recovery binary image available. Also happens when updating BIOS.
Typically no steps needed.
1. Allow the system to complete its updates and changes.
2. If updates are stalling, attempt Sure Start Recovery.
If in doubt please ask.
