2211-Memory not configured correctly for proper MEBx execution. i installed the ram in black DIMM1 and its not working although that ram is wroking on the other slot

That is why you are getting that error.
Either put the 2 GB in slot 1 only (the black slot), and leave out the 1 GB stick, or buy another 2 GB module and put it in slot 3.
The PC does not like memory in mismatched capacities.
