Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i am getting 3 high pitched beeps followed by 3 lower pitched when trying to power up my PC. Ive tried safe loading but cant get into that menu and cleaning out memory but still not loading. I was carrying out a system restore when the restore hung up and I switched off the PC and since then it wont load

Meanwhile, run a Hardware test from F2

 

1. Turn on the computer.

2. Immediately press the f2 key repeatedly, about once every second, until the UEFI menu opens.

 

When the UEFI menu opens, select the diagnostic test you want to run, and then follow the on-screen instructions.

thanks Raj. I cleaned it out and reseated the memory and its now loading but the secreen is blank. I cant even get to safe mode pressing F".

 

Some other info - before this happened I was running a  system restore and the PC froze so I powered it off

This is a hardware issue, I would personally suggest you contact our HP Support.

Make sure you select the Country and Region.
