i am getting 3 high pitched beeps followed by 3 lower pitched when trying to power up my PC. Ive tried safe loading but cant get into that menu and cleaning out memory but still not loading. I was carrying out a system restore when the restore hung up and I switched off the PC and since then it wont load

Could you please help me with the exact model name or the product number?
Refer to this document: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01732674#AbT2
Meanwhile, run a Hardware test from F2
1. Turn on the computer.
2. Immediately press the f2 key repeatedly, about once every second, until the UEFI menu opens.
When the UEFI menu opens, select the diagnostic test you want to run, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
Keep me posted!
Have a great day!
Cheers:)
