3F0 error at launch

HP Recommended
HP OMEN desktop pc 870-2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The computer has passed all the steps to recovery until I got into the f10 screen where I am prompted to click>

Configuration > UEFI HII Configuration > Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology. and the Intel rapid storage is not an option... If anyone knows the fix please let me know

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows you are getting 3F0 error.
