I HAVE A HP TOUCHSMRT 610 PC SERIES . SERIAL # QN613AA#ABA . CANT FIND NOTHING ON HP WEBSITE .  LANOVO AUTOMATIVALY LOCATES YOUR PRODUCT . WHY NOT HP.

HP retired the model series, and it never was supported for W10, so there wouldn't be any drivers for W10.

If you need a W10 audio driver, this one usually works:

 

Tempo High-Definition Audio Driver (Original IDT)

 

6.10.6504.0

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71717.exe 

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver.
