Hi
I reinstalled win 10 and it loaded a 32bit driver for my DVDRW drive. It cannot read the disk, I believe it needs 64bit driver but I cannot find one online. Can anyone provide a solution?

Hi:
If your PC can't read a video DVD that is because W10 does not have any DVD playing software included.
You can install the free VLC media player from the Microsoft Store to play DVD's.

You're very welcome.
So, the drive is not reading any disks?
There are no separate DVD drivers. Whatever default driver Windows installed is the correct one.
If the DVD drive is present in Windows Explorer and the device manager shows the device is working properly, unfortunately, I don't know what the problem could be.
