Screen won't display anything. Replace PSU or memory?

What makes you think this would be the PSU or the memory?  If it was the PSU, the PC would not power on at all, and if there is a LED on the case, that would not light.  IF it were the memory, you would get an error message on the screen during boot indicating that.

 

More likely, it is the monitor or the video card/chip.  To check out the first, you would have to try out a different monitor on this PC, and your monitor on another PC.  If those changes produce displays, then it is not the monitor.
