Try removing the 2nd CPU riser card from the Z620 and test again. If the system boots okay then try re-installing the 2nd CPU riser card and test again.

Has the fault just recently appeared?

Has the computer been moved recently?

I have removed the 2nd CPU riser and re-installed immediately.  The system boots ok. The problem seems to beresolved.

Thank you Brian.
