ALT+S not working properly

Hi!

I use Polish (programmers) keyboard layout. ALT+s key combination is used to write letter "ś".

The problem is I can write it only once while holding ALT button and then:

1) alt+s works as shortcut and opens the menu in some applications (i.e. Notepad)

or

2) the letter s is simply entered

If I run windows in safe mode, the problem does not occur.
