Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello All,

I am trying to hook up a second monitor to my computer. I want to be able to use independently of one another. Primarily will be used to stream video (TV) while I work on the main.

First I will list all the components I have and then what I have tried. My main monitor is a Samsung 24” (VGA port) it works fine. However, windows will not recognize the 2nd monitor. (HP Elite Display E241i) HDMI port. Brand new cable from Monitor to HDMI Output (Located right above VGA port) on computer.

1. Will my computer support (Two) Monitors

2.  I have updated Graphics card at Intel Site

3. I have gone to Display settings and attempted to detect with no luck numerous times along with system re-boots
