Hello, I recently bought 2 x 16 GB RAM for this PC but I’ve came across an issue I’ve never had before with the 8GB RAM this device originally came with. My device keeps crashing on me with a blue screen and restarting oftentimes. I did my research on making sure this much RAM (32GB RAM) was supported but I didn’t imagine I would have issues. Can someone please advise me on what I can do to possibly fix this?

This seems strange. Your system is rated to 32gb. Normally the system will not boot if there is a memory problem. If I read your post correctly, the system boots into windows sometimes and other times it does not.
I do not know how good the UEFI diagnostic memory test is or even if your TP01 has one. If no bios/uefi memory test then get memtest86+
Download and memtest86+ and create a USB boot.
Try one stick of memory at a time and run the memory test.
then try both. These tests need to run before windows boots so you need to boot the USB or press ESC and F2 for HP diags
