FYI: your HP Pavilion Desktop TP01 -1016C can be fitted with up to 2 x32GB of DDR4 PC4-21300, 2666 MHz, Non-ECC, UDIMM, 288-pin RAM sticks.
In any regards, I would strongly recommend that you swap your single 4GB RAM stick (or so it appears from your post) for a matching 2x8GB RAM kit, such as this quality/affordable Amazon purchase example: Timetec 8GB DDR4 2666MHz PC4-21300 Non-ECC Unbuffered 1.2V CL19 1Rx8 Single Rank 288 Pin UDIMM Deskt....
