Adding a product

Your hp system has cliches which makes your system unreliable. Yesterday I was able to add my printer and desktop to my profile but today only the printer appears and I'm not able to add the desktop. Hp needs to fix their system cliches. Thank you!

here, it's a user support platform, mainly, you are not in direct relation with HP!
there were some problems accessing the product support pages, maybe a link
If a device has already been added, maybe it's temporary, if not displayed
do you have the same problem with hp support assistant?
fade a little bit, and if still not visible start adding again with hp support assistant
