I can't say if the case will support the installation of a second HDD. You would have to check the case for a second HDD mounting point and check for an open SATA power connector from the power supply.
The MB has two SATA data connectors which are in use (a HDD and a DVD writer).
The only option, if you meet the above requirements (HDD mount point and SATA power), is to buy an internal PCIe to SATA adapter. Connect the adapter to the open x16 slot on the MB to get SATA data to the new HDD. This is not an option if you have installed a discrete graphics card.
Consider getting a 3TB HDD to replace the 1TB HDD if it is not possible to add a second HDD. Consider a 3TB 2.5 inch SATA SSD for better performance.
You can also get something like this to use the 1TB HDD as an external backup drive.
