Admin in or finger print credentials are not allowing to install app

pin and finger print credentials are not allowing to install the software. I am using admin account only. Where  to see the admin account and information and how I can install

I don't understand the issue.  PIN and fingerprints are use to login to Windows, not to install applications.

According to MS, once you have set up Windows Hello to use a fingerprint, then when you go to install an app, you merely need to click "yes" to install it; no password is required.

I downloaded application and running it as administrator to install then seeing

OK, I see now -- but since you apparently did not set up a password, then I know of no way to provide one.

You should go into Settings --> Accounts, and assign yourself a password.

I  have the pin setup already . Infact i am using pin to login. I am entering the same PIN to allow but it is not accepting
