The HP Scan Extended "MAY"(?) have downloaded, Banhien, I see it in my File Explorer under Quick Access.
When I click my Windows Key and scroll down to my HP Folders, I don't have one for HP group/folder. So I can't double click "HP Scan Extended". Any suggestions?

Did you actually install the product. You have to install the software before you can use it
Regards.

Thanks Banhien for not giving up on me although I really feel like giving up myself with regards to this problem.
I ended up having to run something called WIZARD to install the HP Scan Extended. The HP Scan Extended is now showing up on the icons to the left side of my desktop computer. I forget what these icons are called but they're ones like Google, Microsoft Edge, McAfee, HP Support Assistant.
So....I pinned the HP Scan Extended to my Taskbar at the bottom of my computer.
Something I noticed half-an-hour ago that has to do with me having both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge with Microsoft Edge as my default browser. I clicked into my downloads on Google Chrome and noticed Adobe Flash Player WASN'T uninstalled!!!! So I uninstalled it successfully and it's showing now as deleted in my Google Chrome downloads. Maybe that's what was causing the problems.
Thanks so much again, Banhien, for all your help.

One more post, Banhien, before I black out 😉
I just clicked my START/WINDOWS icon. It shows at the top of the list "Recently Added ~ HP Scan Extended".
So does this mean I DO in fact have it installed? Have a pleasant weekend and take care.

I just don't know when to "give it a rest", Banhien 😉 I just checked my File Explorer Downloads and it shows HP Scan Extended as one of my downloads, having downloaded at 8:34 this evening after my playing around with various tools on my computer.
Fingers crossed it's now okay and thanks again for any additional feedback/suggestions and have a great weekend.
