Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

After installing and encrypting, my computer had shut down.  Start up ran Automatic Repair, but came back saying it couldn't repair my PC and to try other options.  I tried most other options with no results.  Any suggestions?

@LaurieHom

You used a third-party encryption app and now your PC won't start -- and, most likely, you have lost EVERYTHING in the prcess!

Why?

First, because we at HP have absolutely NO WAY to recover anything encrypted by third-party products.  So, we can provide no assistance whatsoever in getting anything back.

Second, PRIOR to any full-disk encryption, it is CRITICAL that you make a full image backup -- so you have something to restore FROM if something like this happens.

You only recourse at this point will be to completely refresh your PC.
