On Hpt520, installed SP 4 on ThinPro 7.1 but cannot access admin mode when in a virtual desktop session. Tried Ctrl - Alt - END, and Ctrl-Alt-Shift-S and nothing happens. Have to disable Imprivata to access admin mode. Works fine with SP 3.

We have the same problem with SP5.3 and TP7.1 on T520, T630 and T640. Before the Imprivata screen appears you can quickly right click the screen and enter Admin mode and open control panel to quickly disable imprivata. Other way is to disable imprivata with the use of HP Device Manager. But this is not how we like it. If you are to slow with typing the password you cannot enter admin mode.

Has anyone a solution?

Did some browsing in the Registry of the Thin Client and I solved the problem.

Just edit the following;

root/Imprivata/enableWMShortCuts -> 1

Problem solved.
