Touch smart 520 pc

After updateWindows 10 my HP Touch Smart 520pc doesnt start up anymore. drive not detected error 3F0

reboot gives: error no boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed.

this al in a black screen with white letters, not even a blue screen

<esc> for start menu gives a blue menu but al choice lead to same error: no boot disk

Usually, pressing the Esc key leads to the display of an HP Startup Menu and from there, you can press F2 to run diagnostics that will check, among other things, the hard drive.

 

Are you saying that you don't get that menu?

 

If not, try pressing F2 repeatedly when you reboot to go directly into the diagnostics menu.

thank you, the F2 path leads to the message: drive is not detected error code 3F0. That is where it all ends
