I am able to upgrade from Win 10 1803 to Win 10 1909 on my HP Pavilion All-in-One 27-r0xx. However, after upgrading I cannot access the internet. Before upgrading, I checked all drivers and upgraded them to the most current version. The router - a Netgear Nighthawk R6700 - has the most current firmware installed. When I revert to Win 10 1803, the internet magically reappears. I'd appreciate suggestions from those who have succeeded in upgrading to Win 10 1909.

Go into Settings --> Network and Internet and select the Network Troubleshooter link down near the bottom of the page.
Good Luck

The network trouble shooter result is: "dns server not responding". I've used that approach after upgrading to Win 10 V1909. I've changed the DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 with no luck. I still get the same trouble shooter reply with the changed server designations. After returning to Win 10 v1803, I can access the internet. Thanks for your assistance.
