Since upgrading to Windows 11 with all updates, Bluetooth has disappeared from Device Manager- there are also no items listed with exclamation marks etc.

Despite this, the Bluetooth keyboard and mouse are working still, but our users need to be able to manage Bluetooth using either the Bluetooth icon in the taskbar (as they previously did), or using the new Windows 11 quick access panel Bluetooth area - but this is not showing any Bluetooth options.   Clicking "+Add" to add items to the panel does not list anything related to Bluetooth either.

I have since tried installing the latest Intel drivers from:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18649/intel-wireless-bluetooth-for-windows-10-and-w...

Also tried the "Previous driver" from the HP download area.

I have run the Windows Bluetooth Troubleshooter.  This simply stated "Device does not have Bluetooth"!  It clearly does, as we are using a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard and at times other Bluetooth devices.

Regards

Jason
