Foolish Me , bought All In One HP PC, Model 27 cr0011ns without Windows O.S. installed only FREE DOS, only realised when received P.C. Now I am thinking of copying Windows 11 onto usb stick and downloading onto PC. Will I have problems completing this task and will there be additional problems with drivers I might have to download.

Hi:
You may run into an issue when you go to install W11 that it cannot find the drive because W10/W11 do not have the storage controller driver files needed for Windows to find the drive on Intel platforms with the 11th > 13th generation core processors.
If that happens to you, see if this works...
I have zipped up and attached below, the Intel storage controller drivers you need for Windows to find the hard drive.
Unzip the file to its folder and copy the files inside the folder to a USB flash drive.
Have the flash drive and your W11 installation media plugged into USB ports.
Boot from the W11 installation flash drive.
When you get to the screen where no drives can be found, click on the Load driver option, browse to the flash drive with the storage controller drivers on it.
If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.
Click Next and hopefully, W11 should find the drive and install.
After W11 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.

As Paul recommended, created image of windows 11 and downloaded onto USB stick as well as downloading separate unzipped drives onto separate usb stick . I also changed the boot order in the BIOS to boot first from the USB stick.
I inserted both sticks into the PC and restarted the computer.
As before 3 options, BOOT Menu, FREE DOS and HP documents appered on the screeen for about 10 seconds.
Next , 2 options of LOAD FREE DOS etc appeared the Screen changing to BAD Controller at address I.O. etc after a number of seconds , and finally C> appeared.
What should I do next ... I ran the memory test, system board test in the BIOS and they passed....Should I reset the BIOS to restore defaults etc. Any ideas to help me install Windows 11 from the USB drive would be welcome. Regards John.

Hi, John:
The way I get the PC to boot from the Windows flash drive is to turn on the PC, immediately press/tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.
Select the F9 boot options menu, and from that, select the EFI USB flash drive with Windows on it and press the Enter key.
The PC should boot from the USB flash drive.

Hi Paul, completed task as you mentioned , in BIOS, got to File Explorer<EFI>, SELECTED <BOOT> selected bootX64.efi , brought me back to original screen with headings BOOT MENU, FREE DOS, HP DOCUMENTS and screens changing to finally give C. drive.... selected bootX64.efi a number of times , same result.
Checked UEFI Boot Order in BIOS setup, confirmed USB Flash drive/USB Hard Disk is at top of BOOT ORDER.
Any suggestions would greatfully be appreciated.

Hi:
The last suggestion I can offer before you return the PC (if you can) or take it to a PC repair shop to get the OS installed would be to download the W11 ISO file from Microsoft (3rd option).
Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
Use the free Rufus utility to transfer the ISO file to a USB flash drive so that it is bootable.
Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way
Set up the Rufus menu exactly as you see it on the illustration for Windows installations.
Rufus loads some EFI boot files, so hopefully the PC will see the USB flash drive and you can get on with the installation.
