My brand new systems randomly makes a loud buzz, fan goes to full speed and everything freezes.

@Neal49 , welcome to the Community.

 

You should contact the seller for help.  If you bought it directly from HP you should contact HP Customer Support.  This is definitely not normal.  You shouldn't have to fix a new computer yourself.
