Model 27-r035st
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't get this to boot. I went and checked all BIOS settings. I also reset to default. I have a hybrid system when it comes to hard drives. It reports a Optane 16 GB and a Toshiba 1TB win x64. Ran Diags OK. Can't do a USB system HP cloudy recovery, not sure but I put in the right Product No and it spits an error that the product No isn't correct which it is. I am currently trying a system restore with Acronis. The error I get before all of this is Boot Device Not Found (3F0). I have followed all the instructions from: HP Consumer Desktop PCs - Boot Device Not Found (3F0) or Automatic Repair Errors | HP® Customer Supp.... Can someone help please. I am not sure if Optane can have OS on it (10-x64 needs 20GB) or is everything on 1TB and it uses it for cache. This all happened after person shut it down unexpectedly before thunderstorm.
