While running zoom or playing any games the PC goes up to 100 Degrees Celsius and cause massive lag spikes and stuttering. measured temperature from Speccy software
I have dusted the vents and the device is fully updated.

There is probably nothing you can do about this.
All-in-Ones are basically huge laptops with external mice and keyboards -- so they suffer from the same overheating issues as laptops.
My HP laptop also has a multi-core i5 processor and whenever I use Zoom on it, the fan spins up to maximum and the cores all go to nearly 100%.
