Hello guys I figured I would start here. I have no idea what I’m doing. My all-in-one has never given me any problems until my son repeatedly kept unplugging it instead of turning it off. Now I can’t get it to boot up. I’m consistently getting the blue screen and going through all of the troubleshooting options and cannot get this computer up and running. It won’t even let me do a system restore. Can someone help me please and tell me which direction I need to go?
