Moved to Thailand with computer in check luggage. Turned on computer booted. Had issues with connecting with internet, turned off. Will now only boot to login screen. Once logged in loads but not completely. Background pic shows up and bottom bar, with no apps. Pointer just circle when on bar. Tried to roll back and factory rest. Nether would work. Start to load, but stopped after while and stated could not complete. Ran check system and all passed

Hi @Neil1964,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your HP All-in-One is experiencing issues with booting and loading completely. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem.
Safe Mode:
- Boot your computer in Safe Mode. In Safe Mode, Windows loads only the essential drivers, and this can help identify if the issue is caused by a third-party application or driver.
- To boot in Safe Mode, restart your computer and press the F8 key repeatedly before Windows logo appears. Select "Safe Mode" from the advanced boot options.
Check Disk Utility:
- Run a disk check to ensure there are no issues with the file system.
- Open a Command Prompt with administrative privileges and type the following command: chkdsk /f /r and press Enter. This will check for and fix disk errors.
System File Checker (SFC):
- Open a Command Prompt with administrative privileges and run the command sfc /scannow. This will scan and repair corrupted system files.
Disconnect from the Internet:
- Disconnect your computer from the internet and see if it boots properly. Sometimes, network-related issues can cause slow or incomplete booting.
Create a New User Account:
- Create a new user account and log in with that account. If the new account works fine, it could indicate a problem with your user profile.
Perform a System Restore:
- If you have a restore point created before the issue occurred, you can try performing a System Restore.
- Boot into Safe Mode with Command Prompt and type rstrui.exe to launch the System Restore wizard.
Reset Windows 10:
- If none of the above solutions work, you may consider resetting Windows 10. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery, and under Reset this PC, select "Get started" and choose either "Keep my files" or "Remove everything" based on your preference.
Given that you've recently moved your computer, it's also worth checking if any physical components might have been affected during transportation. Loose connections or hardware damage could contribute to these issues.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
