After a Windows 11 update my Hp-All-One built in camera stopped working. Screen prompts not detected, took to Best Buy for service and they were unable to do the repair; they stated due to a hardware issue.
Camera activates in the closed position and de-activates in the open position. My warranty through Best Buy expired March 2023. How can I resolve?
