From the support site, that PC came with either Windows 7 or Windows 8. Is either of them the problem? If that is what you are encountering, then has it ever had Windows 10 installed?
What sort of trouble are you experiencing? Please explain in more detail.

If you have the Windows install media or the Recovery manager, then what is happening?

Not hijacking this thread -- but before you go to a lot more trouble, thought you need to know that MS STOPPED the free Win7-to-10 Update months ago. So, you would now have to BUY a license to do that update. And the current rates are around $100 USD (or more) for a Win10 license

What @WAWood states is true and I was thinking that you might be wanting to upgrade to Windows 10 but @Pinky_Pie said update and did not elaborate when asked "What sort of trouble are you experiencing? Please explain in more detail."
So @Pinky_Pie - please explain in detail what you are expecting and what you need help concerning?
FYI: If the PC still has Windows 7 or Windows 8, they are both past EOL and not supported anymore , so updating is probably not possible.

I cannot see any pictures but I sounds though you might be trying to do it inside of Windows. You can make the install media from here:
To download the most up-to-date Windows 10 the place to get that is here
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media"
and follow the directions to make the installation media on a DVD or USB.
Then with new media, install Windows 10 on the problem PC by booting to this new media.
Pick custom install and wipe the SSD drive then reinstall Windows 10.
When it asks for the product key, click I do not have the key and proceed.
You should make a backup of the whole system before doing this. Save the backup to an external media IE: external hard drive. Then disconnect the external hard drive before doing the install.
Be aware that you can actually run this Windows 10 if the install finishes. Doing the install in this way will not save anything from the previous Windows. If you wish to do an in-place upgrade to save all of the previous settings and apps, the just boot to this new media and pick upgrade, but that might give you the same failure.
