Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I constantly have alerts requiring me to update my pc, but I run the items and at the end nothing was done.

You're not giving us much to work with ...

 

Are these HP Updates or Windows Updates?

 

IF Windows Updates, then open Settings to see Windows Update and look through the update history -- as when updates fail, there are messages there to indicate the failure reasons.
