It on my other Hp Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-0023w. I'm getting the error code ox8007042c and the windows defender firewall is not using the recommended setting to protect computer and in my services Base Filtering Engine is off and when i try to start it up I get error code 1053 the service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion. When I try to start windows defender firewall I get error 1068 The dependency service or group failed to start. And when I try to down load some of the programs to help fix the error code they get block. I have run the troubleshooter and Microsoft windows malicious software removal tool and it didn't find anything and I have Norton and I run every thing on it and didn't find anything. And I was told oh you have a firewall from Norton so windows firewall want be used not so, I have 5 computer and everything is working find on 4 of them. My firewall work just find and they all have the smart firewall but on the 5 computer that I'm getting the error on the windows firewall want work and Norton firewall the smart firewall will not work. So there something going on with the computer because I uninstall Norton and did a reset to the computer and everything was ok for about 20 min then it all showed back up and Norton was not install back on yet.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with the webcam on your Laptop.
-Perform a power drain on your PC.
1) Unplug the power cord from the PC & wall.
2) Disconnect the power cable from the AC adapter if it is a detachable part and keep it aside.
3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the AC adapter, then connect it to the wall and to the charging port on your PC.
5) Power on the PC
