Updates released yesterday and all of our 800 G3 towers that we've tested them on have been turned into paperweights with 1709, 1803, and 1809. System restores, safe mode, and all Advanced Options menu recovery options fail.

Same situation here, with multiple  hp pro desk 400 g4, hpqkbfiltr.sys doesnt exist to rename.

I solved several last month only renaming the above file, but after updating this last week without solution, I tried to restore the system but to no avail.

solving the problem only by formatting the machine.
