Every two or three days my system crashes. All updates have been done.
The evidence of the crash is one of these:
1. Fails to awaken using mouse or keyboard.
2. Stops during use: Mouse does not move cursor.
Now I find that my windows 11 home operating system version is alleged to be unsupported by Hewlet Packard.
I have version 23H2. Hewlett Packard only supports version 22H2.
What to do?

Hi @Huron1
Welcome to the HP Forum.
HP may not provide 23H2 driver support but 22H2 and 23H2 are essentially the same operating system.
I would run HP Diagnostics. Check your PC's hardware as follows:
Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.
Select "F2". Run system and component tests.
System freezing problems and waking from sleep problems usually point to a hardware problem.
Your power supply, in addition to possible system drive problems or memory issues, could be the cause.
