Are these Services Necessary to be Running in Windows 10 :
     - HP C ASL Framework Service
     - HP Support Solutions Framework Service
     - Open SSH Authentication Agent

Didn't look for the last
but the first two are not strictly speaking necessary to run windows 10
but will be used by some hp programs/services/tools, so it may render programs that need these services unusable if deleted / disabled
