Somehow the PC went from W10 to W11!

How is this possible?

All I did was download Windows Updates.

I do not know what to think.

Do any Forum Members have any idea what's up?

Best regards,

Mike Lynch

Greetings @Mike-Lynch

Welcome back to the HP Forum.

Well, your PC's CPU would not support W11. And I would guess the system does not support TPM 2.0.

I can't see why Microsoft would update your PC to W11 via Windows Update.

I have seen unsupported PCs mistakenly get W11 via Windows Update. But this is an extremely rare occurrence.

Regards
