Hello
this message sometimes arrives after an update of the bios, or if the motherboard has been replaced, sometimes without apparent reason

Hi and thanks for your reply.

PC is HP Pavilion Desktop - 560-p004no. The motherboard has not been changed and the BIOS has not been updated, at least not by the user. Funny enough the BIOS date is 2019-05-22 which is at least one year after its purchase. Can BIOS be upgraded without the user knowing it? And the CT-number field in BIOS is blank. The user is unexperienced with computers.

I will try to contact hp.

Thanks.
