Product Name: HP Pavilion Slimline s5-1204 Desktop PC
Product Number: QW793AA
System Type: 32-bit Operating System, x64-based Processor
Problem: I'm perplexed on how to change the Operating System from 32-bit to 64-bit. Any help is welcomed.

Hi:
You cannot 'upgrade' from a 32 bit to a 64 bit operating system.
In order to run W10 x64, you will need to do a clean (Custom) install of W10 x64 which will require you to reinstall all of your programs and files.
So make sure you have the program installation files you need and back up any files you currently have on the PC that you want to reinstall on the 64 bit system.
To clean install W10, make the 64 bit installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.

If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are reconnected to the internet.
